On behalf of the Tamakehu Whānau we would like to inform whanau and friends of the sudden passing of our father, brother, uncle, koro and cousin.

Beloved son of the late Joseph Tamakehu and Marie Tamakehu (nee Wanihi)

The beloved brother to Tau, Steven, the late Matthew, Bernard and the late Cret, Ricky, Vicky and Tamati.

Beloved father of Michelle, Bernie, Marie, Joe, Shontel and Roxanne.

The koro of many moko who are Jonny, Hohepa, the late Jordan, Rangipo, Justyce, Anthony, Jaycine, Horizon, Joseph, Paranihia, Lyric, Tuteremoana, Khoruz, Xela, Rowley and Rocky

Marshall’s service will be held on Friday 25th June 2021 at 11:00am, at Hiruharama.

Passed away peacefully on 21st June 2021, aged 81 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late George.

Much loved sister and sister in law of Elizabeth and Vincent O’Brien. A loved aunt of Rita and Ern, Stephen,

Peter and Seiwlee, Ann and Ron, and Patricia and Denis.

Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Rita’s life in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Wanganui

on Thursday 24th June 2021 at 1.30pm, to be followed by a private cremation.

On Saturday 19th June we lost a devoted daughter, wife, mother and Oma to whom family meant everything.

Alex is the much-loved wife of Trevor and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Michelle and Mark, David, and Joanne and Mat, and the absolute best Oma of Elizabeth, James, Haley, Alyssa, Liam and Aidan.

Please join family for a celebration of her life at 11am on Friday 25th June in the Cleveland Chapel, 179 Ingestre Street.

Whilst mum loved flowers and her garden, we know she would be happier for donations to be made to her beloved Hearing Association Whanganui in her name.

After a courageous battle our angel gained her wings, on 21st June 2021.

Surrounded by all her whanau and friends, she passed away peacefully at the age of 73.

A devoted mother to Angela and Gregory, Kelvin and Le-ana, Lorretta and Zane.

Loving Nana to 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Mum is laying at 40 Hendersons Line, Marton.

Her funeral service will be held at the Whanganui Crematorium Chapel, McNeill Street, Whanganui on Thursday 24th June 2021, at 1.00pm.

On 19th June 2021 peacefully at home, in his 83rd year.

Dearly loved Husband and best mate of Robin. Loved Dad of Dianne Tasker, David (Deceased), & Warren.

Respected Granddad of Dylan & Jake Tasker, Kaylee, Tyson, & Hamish. Great Granddad of Ezreal.

Rosary will be recited for Rose at the Church on Thursday 24 June 2021, at 7.00 p.m.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Rose in Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, Guyton Street, Whanganui, on Friday 25th June 2021 at 2.00 p.m, followed by interment at the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery.

Peacefully on 15th June 2021 at Masonic Court Rest Home, Palmerston North, after a long struggle.

Loved wife of the late Robert (Bob), mother and mother-in-law of Francis and Judy, Stuart (Australia), Robyn and James (Cambridge), Alyson, Fiona (both of Palmerston North), Susan and Trevor (Stratford). Adored by all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Lois’ life will be held in the Cleveland Chapel 179 Ingestre Street Wanganui on Thursday 24th June at 1.30pm.
