Died on 20th July 2023, in his 83rd year, in the wonderful care of Kōwhainui Home and Hospice Whanganui.

Now at peace.

In memory of Keith (Raz) and in lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Whanganui would be greatly appreciated and can be left in the Chapel foyer.

A service to celebrate Keith’s life will be held in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui on Tuesday 25th July at 1.00pm.

Sadly passed away on 21st July 2023 in Whanganui, surrounded by her loving whãnau.

Daughter of Olive Edwards (nee Ngãtai) and Jack Edwards.

Loving wife to Patrick Tapa, beloved mother of Charmaine Tapa, Sharlene Tapa-Mosen, Patrick Tapa Jnr and their respective partners.

Peacefully passed away surrounded by family at Whanganui Hospital on 18th July 2023, aged 75 years.

Dad will lay at home, 3 Waitote Street, Castlecliff until his Requiem Mass, which will be held at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Guyton Street, Whanganui on Tuesday 18th July 2023 at 11.00am, followed by burial at the Aramoho Urupa.

Hakari will follow proceedings back at home.

Beloved wife of Bernard (dec), loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Lois and Alan, Gary and Anne, and Derek.

Much loved great grandmother of Sofie.

Grateful thanks from the family is extended to Cate and Leanne from Healthcare who provided personal care for Teresa while she lived at home.
